How To Save Your Data

Posted by Diana Yusuf on Tuesday, January 5, 2010

Remote file backups of all people know that we need to back up their files, but most people keep computers and backup files in the same position.

Ever wondered what would happen if your computer and your backup files that were destroyed by fire, flood or theft? Large companies spend much money to their files archived on remote servers "just in case." Now you can do the same with important files you free.

If you've tried to e-mail to a friend or a large picture large PDF or Word document of work, you know how long it takes for an e-mail and perhaps a return e-mail saying that the message is too big to save. When this situation occurs whenever you have time and you have a file with a colleague immediately.

Another problem that continues to the size of the backup files to raise is how this large amount of data, the data does not fit even on diskette or CD are high, because the size of the file, and do not want some special equipment to purchase for the safety copies are fun to watch. Back-up tapes and old CDs, the computer stopped and waited until all files are stored, so late that you can use your computer for. If you remember the days of copying the files to a floppy disk or CD that is more than welcome for a solution.

Problems with computer technology is often difficult to use a friend or colleague to share files to provide solutions, including VPN and WAN, and the things that pretend to understand, but what we want is a simple solution that not more is access to the web.

To access the files you work from home or in your own files from work or during a holiday, then upload online storage service for you. Because your files are stored in the safe use of the same level of encryption used by the military that the uploaded files from online storage that is secure, knowing that your information confidential and secure access. Save and share files using Ajax Document Viewer Offline no more complicated than your web browser. Remember back up your important data does not matter if you lose data, and this is when you lose data.

Another great benefit for service before sharing digital photos on the web. Given the size of the file to improvements in digital photography, has a password-protected online with the place where we share the virtual family photo album that comes very handy.

Online back-up services can be costly. I prefer external USB hard drives which are portable and easy to use.

I learned a few weeks ago why it's so important to back up all files. One of my files on my blog got corrupted and I lost everything. Luckily, I was able to restore all my posts and everything because I had it all backed up.

A good post with very useful info. The funny thing is that it did offer any new suggestions, but it emphasized many practical things that many tend to ignore.
