President of Yamaha MotoGP, Lin Jarvis, asserted, Yamaha would only rely on one racer for two series in the future. After that, it would seek pebalap who replaced the injured superstar Valentino Rossi broke his right leg by a fall at the Italian GP final practice on Saturday (05/06/2010).

On the occasion, Jarvis explains the steps of post-GP Fiat Yamaha Italy. He said they were undecided about who the replacement candidate while "The Doctor". Yamaha did not want to be careless substitute for Rossi.

"We've thought about it, but do not want a quick decision," explains Jarvis. "We'll replace it, but maybe in Catalonia (Barcelona, July 2 to 4), possibly earlier, depending on what our decision. It will not be easy to find a substitute for Valentino, not easy also for riding his motorcycle."

After the race at Mugello, the next series took place at Silverstone on June 20, and was immediately followed by the Dutch GP at Assen Circuit, June 26.
